These 45 messages were delivered during Charles Finney's visit to England during 1849-1851.
Of his visit to Moorfields Tabernacle Finney said, 'I preached a course of sermons designed to convict people of sin, as deeply and as universally as possible. I saw that the Word was taking effect.' Most of these messages are from the revival that occurred there.
