| Dwight L. Moody was undoubtedly one of the greatest evangelists of all
time and someone who saw genuine revival, at times, during his ministry.
This was particularly true during his early ministry in Britain. His
practical and organised approach to evangelism has served as a model
for crusade evangelism down to the present day.
Although his ministry was based a Chicago, Moody travelled more than
a million miles and preached to more than a 100 million people during
his extraordinarily fruitful ministry.
This book, unlike some others on Moody (and there are many), does
not major on his revival experiences but is valuable in it’s
presentation of the broader life and ministry of this prince of evangelists.
